At the Annual General Meeting of the Bempton and Buckton Community Village Hall Charity held on Thursday 9th May the Chairman , Mel Parker, reported on a very successful year. The to do list has now gone from the lobby as the majority of the upgrades and additions have been achieved. Special thanks to Peter Hebden, who has now left the Committee to enjoy a well earned retirement, for all his efforts during his time with us. The Treasurer’s report, delivered by Ann Maycock, showed a healthy situation but we continue to need to raise funds to secure the future of the wonderful facilities that so many people now enjoy.
