Tai Chi at the village hall

We have teamed up with White Lotus Martial Arts to bring Tai Chi to the village hall.

Tai Chi is a Chinese non-contact, martial art characterised by gentle, slow, flowing movements promoting balance, flexibility, and mindfulness for health benefits. It integrates breath control and meditation, enhancing physical and mental well-being.

Classes take place on Tuesday afternoons from 1:30pm to 2:15pm.

£5 a class.
