Tai Chi at the village hall
New for 2024 is the addition of Tai Chi sessions in the village hall.
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art characterised by slow, flowing movements promoting balance, flexibility, and mindfulness for health benefits. It integrates breath control and meditation, enhancing physical and mental well-being.
Sessions will take place on Tuesday afternoons from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
