If you would like to try Yoga we have just the session for you!

Yoga is great for strength, stamina, balance, posture, muscle tone, flexibility and also relaxation and mindfulness.

Our Yoga sessions are on Mondays from 5.00 pm to 6.00pm. Cost is just £5.00 per session with mats provided.
