CHRISTMAS MARKET / TABLE TOP SALE
A special Christmas market / table top sale is being held in the Community Village Hall on Saturday 26th November from 10am to 3pm. Admission is free. Cost of a table is £6.00. VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS MARKET
The Victorian Christmas Market Committee has announced that the event will not be held this year but will be up and running again in 2017. Anyone who is able to help in any way should please leave their contact details with Martin at the Post Office.
BOWLS CLUB
The opening match of the new Scarborough League season saw Bempton A and Bempton B share the rink points 4-4 with Bempton A taking the points for aggregate score for a 6-4 win.
WEDNESDAY CLUB
The next meeting is on 12th October in the Community Village Hall from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. There will be a Quiz and Bingo plus the usual Raffle and Bring and Buy table.There will be cakes with our cups of tea or coffee. See you there.
CRAFT FAIR
CRAFTY COMPANIONS
The Crafty Companions meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at the Community Village Hall from 1.30 to 3.30. New members are very welcome to join the group of crafters who knit, sew, paint etc etc. Bring some crafting with you or just come along and meet us for a cuppa and a chat. Date for your diary. SATURDAY 3RD DECEMBER – following last year’s success there will be a Craft Fair in the Village Hall.

MIDLIFE CRISIS
A big thank you to Midlife Crisis, all volunteers, all who attended and especially the people who made the pies! A good time was had by all and a substantial sum was raised for Community Village Hall Funds. Watch this space for news of upcoming events.

The latest meeting was held on 14th September in the Community Village Hall. Everyone enjoyed a complimentary lunch. The usual Bring and Buy and Raffle were, as always, a great hit, Our next meeting will be on October 12th from 2.00pm pm to 4.00pm in the same venue
