OOOOOOH THAT WAS CLOSE

The Bowls Club lost narrowly (5 shots ) to Folkton and Flixton this Wednesday. A great match with two games each but the negative shot difference means we’re out of the cup. There’s always the Plate!

BOWLS CLUB LATEST

The Bowls Club team suffered a whitewash defeat at Marton last Wednesday. On mats much longer and slower than we are used to we all struggled against a very good team. We were made very welcome and had an enjoyable evening despite the result. We knew we’d be on a steep learning curve and they say “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
