Bempton RSPB Reserve A family favourite and easily the best place in England to see, hear and smell seabirds! More than 200,000 birds (from April to August) make the cliffs seem alive with adults bringing food to their nests, or young chicks making their first faltering flights. We are 20 mins walk from the cliffs.

Flamborough Head A lighthouse was first built on the Flamborough Headland in 1669 but was never lit. The current lighthouse was built in 1806 and acts as a waypoint for deep sea vessels and coastal traffic as well as marking the Flamborough Headland for vessels heading for the ports of Scarborough and Bridlington. Again within 5 minutes drive.
