When: Every Tuesday at 6:00 PM
Starts: Tuesday, 14 October
Cost: Special price – £5 for your first 5 sessions
What to Expect:
All equipment provided (magic circles & balls)
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred
Gentle, friendly pace geared toward beginners
Focus on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and boosting energy
