The next Committee Meeting of the Village Hall Committee will take place on WEDNESDAY 29th October 2014 beginning at 7.00 pm. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DAY FOR THIS MONTH ONLY

This Committee Meeting is a Quarterly General Committee Meeting, so representatives of all User Groups at the Hall are welcome to attend and may raise issues by applying to have an item placed on the Agenda by contacting either the Secretary or Chairman at least 48 hours before the Meeting. They are then also welcome to be included in the discussions and decisions that will take place at that Meeting. One of the issues that is to be raised is the matter of Hire Agreements for all User Groups, so it would be useful if at least one representative from each group could be present on the night.

Members of the General Public are also welcome to attend this Meeting.
