Notice of Annual General Meeting
Take Notice that:-
The Annual General Meeting of Bempton and Buckton Community Village Hall Charity will be held on Friday 15th May 2026 at 7.00pm in the Main Hall to conduct the necessary business of the Charity including the receiving of Annual Reports and Accounts and the election of Officers and Committee Members.
Any member of the Charity who wishes to nominate himself or herself or any other member of the Charity to serve as an Officer or other Committee Member may do so in writing to the Secretary at the Village Hall or by email to mcleanalanmac@btinternet.com by 28th April 2026
All residents of the two villages are members of the Charity. There is provision within the Constitution for non- resident Hall users to become members by application
