The Bowls Club organised a short mat bowls taster session for over 30 children on Thursday 9th June. This is the second year we have run this and we hope it will become an annual event. It was a somewhat exhausting afternoon for the ageing Alan, Ros and John but very enjoyable. Our thanks to the teachers and our special thanks to the children for their enthusiasm, courtesy and support for each other.
